This Privacy Policy explains how Dream-Canvas.Art, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, services, and tools (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our Service. This information falls into three categories:

A. Information You Provide to Us:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, chosen username, and a hashed version of your password.
• Your Creative Content: This includes the text prompts you enter, any images you upload to guide the AI, and the resulting AI-generated artwork ("Creations"). This is your content, and we treat it with the utmost respect.
• Communications: If you contact us for support or provide feedback, we collect the information you provide in your communications.

B. Information We Collect Automatically:

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as the features you use, the time you spend creating, and other actions you take. This helps us understand what is most valuable to our Artists so we can improve the platform.
• Log and Device Data: Like most websites, we automatically collect standard log information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referral URLs. This helps us with security and debugging.

C. Information from Cookies:

We use cookies (small text files stored on your device) to help operate the service, such as keeping you logged in. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but this may cause some parts of the Service to not function properly.

2. How We Use Your Information

Our primary goal is to provide a powerful and joyful creative playground. We use your information to:

• Provide, Maintain, and Improve the Service: We use your prompts and uploads to generate your Creations and use aggregated usage data to guide our development.
• Personalize Your Experience: To help you organize your gallery and workflow.
• Communicate with You: To send you important service-related announcements, respond to your support requests, and share updates you’ve opted in for.
• Promote Safety and Security: To protect our platform and our Artists from fraud, abuse, and security risks.

A Note on AI Model Training: Your privacy and trust are paramount. We do not use your private prompts, uploaded images, or private Creations to train our general AI models. We may offer future features that allow you to voluntarily contribute to model improvements, but this will always be an explicit, opt-in choice.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With Your Consent: If you choose to make your Creations public on the platform, they will be visible to other Artists and the public, along with your username.
• With Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors for services like cloud hosting (to store your data) and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it for the services we request.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we have a good faith belief that it's necessary to protect the safety of any person, address fraud or security issues, or protect our rights.
• In a Business Transfer: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in control.

4. Your Rights and Choices

You are in control of your creative work and personal data.

• Access and Update: You can access and update your account information through your profile settings.
• Data Portability: You have the right to download your Creations from your personal gallery.
• Deletion: You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we will take steps to delete your personal information and private Creations from our active systems.

5. Data Security

We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical controls to secure your data. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we are dedicated to protecting your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Children's Privacy

Dream-Canvas.Art is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

8. Our Content Policy

Some of our creative features are powered by OpenAI models (such as GPT and DALL·E). Use of these models is subject to OpenAI’s Usage Policies

• OpenAI models will only create G-rated content.
• Prompts attempting to generate celebrities, deepfakes, or public figures are strictly prohibited and will be blocked.
• If your prompt is rejected due to policy restrictions, the system will notify you.
• In such cases, any coins used for the attempted creation will be re-allotted to your account.

This notice is provided both here and near the prompt entry section to ensure Artists understand why some generations may be blocked
